This teething product was awesome. It helped my son ease the pain with his molars. He used this item for a few months but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it for toddlers that are getting there molars in such a major difference :)

My baby loves the teethifier!!! We don't leave home without it. I don't let him have pacifiers, only because my other two didn't want to give them up but these is a keeper. We like it because it massages both sides of his gums.

My kid has never been much of a teether person, but I got this because her molars seemed to be hurting her a lot. I had seen mention of "The Molar Muncher," which is a ridiculous $15. This is much more reasonably priced, holds up well, and my kid loves it! I actually can't find it right now so I'm going to have to reorder, and I"m getting this same one.

Son seems to prefer this over the comotomo teether I got him at the same time. The two nubs provide that bite down relief he's looking for and easier to put in his mouth than the four pronged como. Of course we have both so we can switch back and forth but might buy another one of these. Less expensive too. Good luck.

The material its made of seems good, chewy, one piece, easy to clean. My 2yr old put it in her mouth right away and started massaging. She never liked the paci as a baby but with teething she has taken to this. Not sure how long this will hold up but seems like it should last for a long time.

This is a wonderful teether, especially for toddlers with molars coming in. The one and only thing I do not like is it seems to attract fuzz/hair. Fuzz clings to this thing like no other. Worse than a paci. But, that is minute compared to how great this paci works!

Our little man has some MAJOR teeth (as in, 16, and he isn't one yet! yes. really.) and this was one of a million teethers we tried. As advertised, it really helps get those back teeth that normal teethers don't get to. He seemed to really like it! I suggest strapping it to something though because it is easy to lose, just like every binky.

Having tried dozens of teethers with only mild success, it gives me great pleasure to report that the Teethifier II is incredible! This is one of two teethers that my daughter can easily maneuver and actually enjoys using. The surface of the little bulbs has a bumpy texture to help massage gums. It also has a loop on one end so you could attach it to a stroller or elsewhere if desired. My daughter doesn't go for pacifiers much, but she loves the Teethifier II. Great product!

He loves how this teether will get those teeth on the side and in the back! It is unique in it's design. I have not seen any other teethers that allow for teething in the back.

Ok, so when I got this thing, I was a little skeptical about the length of it and was sure it was going to gag Emma to death. But it really was really the perfect size, even when she shoved the whole thing in her mouth. She's currently cutting her front teeth, so I think I've bought this a little early, but I'm sure she'll chew the heck out of it when she gets started on the back ones.

I bought this for my 10 month old son hoping that he would like it as he seems to be getting MORE (he already has 8) teeth in. Since he has never taken a paci I was concerned that he would not like this very much. As soon as I gave it to him he started chewing on it. He was able to totally position the balls into the back of his mouth and just loved it. 2 thumbs up. I think I will start giving this and Sophie Giraffe as my 'go to' baby shower gifts.

This product is awesome! Of course, my son only chews on it occasionally, however when he does he really chews on it!! I like it for his back teeth.

**Update- he cannot live without this!!! At first he was unsure, but now it is apart of his life. At night when his molars are bothering him he puts the whole thing in his mouth and chews. It is saving all the stuffed animals and his fingers. I totally recommend this, if your child at first does not appear to like it hold on to it because they will when those back teeth come in. He is now 21 months.

I bought this initially for my 2 year old. He was constantly curious about his baby sister's pacifiers (and they constantly went in his mouth, even though he never used a pacifier as a baby). I thought having this might keep him away from his sister's. Plus, his next set of molars are due to come in so I thought he could use it.

He did like it, but it got tossed aside within a couple weeks. Fast forward until my daughter turns about 4 months....I was having the hardest time finding a teether for her. All the teethers on the market seem to be so big. Her mouth was still so little and she either couldn't get them in her mouth, or, if she could, they were so big she couldn't bite down on them. I felt like I would never find one that worked.

Then, the teethifier turned up again. She absolutely loves it. She stopped taking a pacifier around 2 months, but will chew on this for quite a while at a time. We attach it to a pacifier strap and keep it in her carseat. She chews on all three portions of the teethifier. It is designed in such a way that she cannot choke on it (unlike some teethers that have long parts or long pieces of fabric), and there are small enough portions of it that she can get it in her mouth and even past her front teeth which is impossible with most teethers.

It was definitely money well spent!

5.0 out of 5 stars THE BEST. EVER, March 2, 2010
By
Harper Olive Archer - See all my reviews
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My son has all sorts of teethers: rings, hard, soft, water-filled, rubbery, beaded, cloth, you name it. I must have at least 20 different ones. This one is the best. My son will find it and use it over any others. If he has no pain, he's not interested, but if he does, this goes right into his mouth. He chomps on it until he gets the right spot, and is so happy afterwards. It has made him stop crying, too. Also, he has always hated pacifiers, but he knows that this is different. It works better than tylenol or ambesol. Just the right density, not too hard (pretty hard though), and definitely not too soft. They can adjust it to get the right spot. Older adults have commented that they wish they had one when their children were babies.
Update from when first ordered:
I have ordered 4 more for spares and gifts to give to others. This is the best!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good as for what it is - a teether, not a pacifier!, December 30, 2009
By

Once our son started teething, he began chewing on everything in sight - blocks, toys, foam puzzle pieces, etc. This worked fine for him when he was trying to soothe the gums for his front teeth, but when the back teeth started to come in, he started sticking his fingers into his mouth in an attempt to reach the back gums. More often then not, this resulted in him gagging and spitting up, which as you might imagine was no fun for him or mom and dad. We bought the teethifier to try and give him an alternative to the fingers, and I am gratified to say that it has worked great! This gets right to the spots he's trying to soothe, and more importantly, the guard portion keeps him from shoving it too far back in his little mouth!

As has been the case with other reviewers, our son is only interested in using the teethifier WHEN he is teething, but the important thing is that he DOES use it, and seems to prefer it over the other alternatives (fingers, toys, etc) when we offer it to him.

It's definitely not an every day pacifier, and even when he is teething he still prefers his normal pacifier at bedtime, but for those times when he really wants to gnaw on something, this is the exact right tool for the job. Highly recommended.

My kids have never been pacifier kids and they didn't take to any normal teethers. We found vibrating star teethers that they liked but that only worked for the front teeth. When my son was teething and cutting his molars nothing seemed to reach the right part of his gums. My daughter took teething a lot harder. So when she started cutting molars I really needed to find a better teether for the back gums.

I was shopping on amazon for various other things when I came across this very different looking teether. I was a little leary of it because it looks so much like a pacifier and I didn't want the kids to decide they wanted a pacifier after getting them past a year old barely ever using a pacifier. I decided to try it anyways. My kids are 1 and a half and 2 and a half years old(younger of the 2 is my daughter). They love these teethers. They seem to be very sturdy and not likely to break up or crack like some similar looking types of rubber might.

They don't seem to be overusing the teether but everytime they find it mixed with their toys they put in their mouth. A couple times my daughter was crying and chewing on this seemed help ease her pain a little. A couple other times it calmed her down until I could get her some tylenol or orajel. My son just likes it because he sees my daughter with it. He has a couple more teeth to cut so I hope this will help when those start coming through. So far it seems durable enough even for him.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Teether for Babies of All Ages, December 21, 2008
By
ddfris (USA) - See all my reviews
Our baby had his first teeth push through at 16 weeks of age. He was desperately in need of things to chew on that he could hold with his tiny little hands. The Teethifier is perfect because he can bite down on both sides of his mouth and it is the only teether that can reach back to his rear gums without the risk of him pushing it too far in. He can hold the tiny ring, or we can clip it onto his other rings on the baby gym. He loves the texture and feel of this item. A great purchase that I am sure he will use for months to come.
